Columbus COMPASS Headset

The COMPASS series of Columbus headsets is designed to integrate with steering tubes of 44mm (internal diameter) and tapered 34x44mm (internal diameter). Three models are available, with high-quality bearings included:

Mod. 737SS34: 34x44mm conical steering (internal diameter) for 1-1/8” - 1-1/4” forks

Mod. 737SS44: 44mm cylindrical steering (internal diameter) for 1-1/8” - 1-1/4” forks

Mod. 737SS47: 44mm cylindrical steering (internal diameter) for 1-1/8” - 1.5” forks

Columbus Tubes and Columbus Carbon Labs recommend Compass headsets for all their carbon frames and forks, as well as on steel bicycles equipped with Columbus tubes.
